Q: Does OMB do "Special Orders"?

A: Yes, if you have a particular decorating theme in mind regarding colors and/or fabrics, OMB can reproduce any style in the Collection in your choice of fabrics and colors provided, (Please see Custom Works). To aid in your design ideas, please feel free to send fabric swatches with design specifications, and we'll contact you regarding capabilities, yardage estimates and cost estimates of reproduction. Q: What is the normal turn around on Orders?

A: Based on a 4-pillow order, normal turn around time would be 2 to 3 weeks from the date order was initiated. If longer, OMB will contact you with additional time to completion.

Q: Can OMB accommodate "Rush" Orders?

A: If specified at the time order is initiated, stating: when you would like to receive your Order, and indicating Order as a "Rush"; OMB will work accordingly to make your order a Priority.

Q: Does OMB accept returns, and if not, why?

A: All orders are processed as "Made-To-Order" and are considered one-of-a-kind designs. There is no ready inventory for exchanges, nor returns; therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Q: Why is the Signature Collection shown in only Black and Cream?

A: The Collection has been designed and shown in specific colors in order to maintain a theme and look in the Home Furnishings Market. Consistency is very important for the sake of "Branding" and creating a "Signature look, therefore the colors shown, are reflections of Onley Make Believe’s concept of designs, which are simple, clean and basic.

Q: Can the Products be ordered in other colors and fabrics beside those shown?

A: Yes. All products can be “Special Ordered” in your choice of fabrics and colors. As a result of this option, Clients are responsible for providing the fabrics and colors of their choice. This method:

1. Ensures that the Client is getting what they’ve ordered, and 2. Eliminates the frustration of the Client receiving colors/fabrics, which may or may not match, or coordinate with the Client’s decorating ideas and themes.

Q: Can I receive fabric swatches of the designs?

A: Definitely. In fact, the clients are encouraged to request fabric samples prior to making a final decision on orders.

Q: Does OMB ship outside of the United States?

A: Yes we do. We have carriers which can accomodate International shipments. Price estimates can be given prior to shipping.
